• SUBSCRIPTION-BASED PREVENTIVE TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE: checking, maintaining and fixing all equipment problems, based on a general maintenance plan, established and agreed with our customers, related to the number of equipment present in a location
• CORRECTIVE TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE: on-demand or emergency intervention that consists in fixing a problem reported and requested by a customer, based on a subscription, or based on a request / firm order - occasionally

Human Resource

For the SVN Romania SRL company, the human resource is an essential factor in the successful performance of the activity, we have an internal recruitment department, ensuring qualified and properly trained personnel.

If one or more technicians are not available, we ensure quick interventions (within a maximum of 2 hours from the request) by replacing them with mobile teams that are specially trained for such interventions, for as long as necessary, until the activity resumes normal.

Resuming what has already been shown, we emphasize that by "human resources" we mean the reserve that society has and which is available to the economic system to be used.

For a good performance of the activities, we use professional work equipment, we collaborate with specialized partners both for the purchase of used materials and for the service and purchase of equipment.

As such, we ensure prompt intervention in case it is needed and execute the replacement of machines in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the existence of the Zonal Managers, we ensure continuous communication based on transparency and speed of reaction, to minimize possible difficulties in such cases.
